He is survived by: his spouse Thelma Belle Flannery Turner; his parent Rosa Lutes Turner; and his children, Luciana Frost (Ralph), Jack Yeager, Donald Turner, Jr. (Shelly) and Conn Terrace of Lexington, KY. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren; and 14 great grandchildren.
