He was predeceased by: his parents, Berl Byrd and Brenda Byrd (Devine); and his adoptive parent Marion (Edward Wayne Devine). He is survived by: his siblings, Diana Carey and Greg Devine. He is also survived by Three Nephews; One Niece; 1 Great Niece and 2 Great Nephews.
