He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Henry and Inez McClelland Phelps; and his daughter Sandra Kaye Watson of Paducah, KY.. He is survived by: his daughter Linda Hamm (Kenney) of Richmond, KY; his grandchildren, Michael Hamm (Kelly) of Kettering, OH, Jared Hamm (Karin) of Richmond, KY and Lauren Wilson (Nicholas) of Augusta, GA; and his great grandchildren, Matthias, Miles Hamm of Kettering, OH, Lila Hamm of Richmond, KY, Hank and Marley Wilson of August, GA..
