He is survived by: his children, Deborah Raider, David Whitley Jr. (Katrinia), Bruce Whitley and Shannon Whitley; his grandchildren, Cara Augusto, David Whitley III (Lyndsay), Shelby Whittemore (Troy) and Branden Raider (Leah); his great grandchildren, Walker Whitley, Archer Raider, Beckem Raider, Blaine Whittemore, Lynley Raider, Wirth Whitley and Boone Whittemore; and his sisters, Dorothy Whitley, Judy Whitley, Peggy Rutladge (Harlan) and Bonnie Kenley.
