He was predeceased by: his parents, L. T. Harper and Patsy Harper; his wife Pamela D Harper; and his daughter Cheryl Lynn Estepp. He is survived by: his siblings, Michael Thomas Harper Sr. (Janie) and Alice Mae Gross; his sister-in-law Cynthia McWhorter; his granddaughters, Victoria Davis, Sorcha Raine Estepp and Kaitlyn Dakota Estepp; and his close friend Quinton Payton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Kerr Brothers Funeral Home - E. Main (463 E Main St, Lexington, KY 40507). A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
