She is survived by: her mother Marilyn Sue Ervin Dunn; her children, Richard Caleb Fuelling of Harrodsburg, Jessica Renee Stamm of Lexington, Sara Grace Bailey of Wilmore and Skyler Marie Collins of Harrodsburg; and her siblings, Nathan Lewis of Danville and Tanya Jewell (Steve) of Harrodsburg. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
