He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles "Charlie" Shacklette and Winona Patrick Shacklette. He is survived by: his children, Meghan Patrick of Harrodsburg and Charles Patrick (Brittany) of Chambersburg, PA; his granddaughter Madelyn Elizabeth Keebortz of Burgin; and also, Finley and Darby.
