He is survived by: his wife Gracie Napier; his children, Bobby Mosher (Sue), Tony Napier, Chris Napier, Gracie Mosher, Scotty Napier (Mark Hollen) and Hope McDowell; and his siblings, Bobby Napier (Susan), Jimmy Napier (Ellen), Doug Napier (Lee Ann) and Cathy Oaks (Calvin). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
