Though Cecil may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Asher Marcum and Daisy Allen Marcum; his daughter Libby Medley; and his siblings, Russell Lee Marcum and Lorraine Baker.
He is survived by: his children, L. C. Propes and Melissa Ann Propes of Casey County; his sisters, Judy Giles of Georgetown and Theresa Sparks of Harrodsburg; and his great grandchild Booboo Ramirez of Harrodsburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Alexander & Royalty Funeral Home (304 E Lexington St, Harrodsburg, KY 40330). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:45 PM at the same location.
