She was predeceased by: her parents, William E. Johnson and Lucille Johnson (Berger); her grandson Jonah Cheak; and her sisters, Helen Whittaker and Nora Sims.
She is survived by: her children, Marsha Cheak Lyons (Mark) of Harrodsburg, KY and Troy Cheak (Michelle) of Harrodsburg, KY; her sisters, Martha Harlow, Glenna Sallee and Sue Lamb; her grandchildren, Megan, Adam Flora, Aaron Walls, Jordan and Mason Cheak; her great grandchildren, Olivia Worley and Waylon Walls; and her pets, Sandy and Roxie Cheak.
