She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Haas and Corolla Haas; her husband Charles Thomas Price; and her siblings, Pat, Rose, William, Robert and Edward.

She is survived by: her children, Ronald Price (Maria) and Cheryl Galdo (Joey); and her grandchildren, Maria-Lainie, Joseph and Anna Galdo.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church in her honor.
