He was predeceased by: his spouse Cloa Carter Fulton; his parents, Clifford Fulton and Marie Martin Fulton; his son Arthur "Skip" Fulton, Jr.; and his brothers-in-law, Clyde Dobbs and Curtis Carter.
He is survived by: his son Steve Fulton (Renee) of Louisville; his sister Edna Edwards of Louisville; and his grandchildren, Christine Wessel (Mitchell) and Patrick Fulton.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Mercer Church of Christ (1200 Louisville Rd, Harrodsburg, KY 40330). A memorial service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
