He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter E. Gibson and Grace Gaffney Gibson; his brother Richard Gibson; and his brother-in-law Richard Jordan. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jo Gibson (Browning); his children, Arthur Kent Gibson (Lynn), Karen Gibson Schneider (Mark), Cathy Jo Fletcher, Tammy Gray (William) and Jeff Jones (Lori); his grandchildren, Heather Gibson, Nathan Schneider, Natalie Schneider, Adrienne Gibson, Joshua Fletcher, Audri Lawrence, Jessica Fletcher, Jeremiah Lotz, Caitlin Hunt, Talia Ormsby and Tia Craig; and his sister Rosetta Jordan. He is also survived by fourteen great grandchildren.
