She was predeceased by: her parents, Andrew Locke Sr. and Margaret Smith; her brothers, Dale Goldsby and Andrew Locke, Jr.; and her grandson Bryan Douglas Greene II.

She is survived by: her cousin Helen Mosby; her husband James E. Lee, Jr.; her children, Sherreta Ann Lee and Rodney Antoine Lee; her granddaughter Nyesha Lee; her great grandchildren, Kyzaun Butler, Karsaun Butler and Braylen Greene; and her siblings, Alfred Lawson, Robert Lawson, Faye Lawson, Junie Lawson, Evelyn Lawson and Charlotte Lawson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made in Annie's name to the Alzheimer's Association or Bluegrass Care Navigators.
