He is survived by: his wife Mary Lou Boswell Henry; his mother Myrtle "Faye" Howey (James) of Harrodsburg; his children, Heather Butzin (Johnathan) and Bobby Lee Henry (Stacy Coffman) of Washington County; his siblings, Jimmy Henry of Mackville and Sandy Merriman (Mark) of Boyle County; his grandchildren, Steven Henry, Gypsy Butzin and Takoda Butzin; and his pet Monster. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
