He is survived by: his siblings, Gene Hamilton of Ivel, Kentucky, Barb Bradley of Teaberry, Kentucky and Nora Hall of Teaberry, Kentucky; and his nieces and nephews, Joe, Annie, Darv, Travis, Nakeya and Brandon.
