She is survived by: her husband Shorty; her daughters, Debbie King (Butch) of Harold, KY, Gia Rae Potter (Brit) of Dorton, KY and Jackie Hendrix (Dan) of Lexington, KY; her grandchildren, Greg Hendrix, Joe Hendrix, Denise Clark, Dusty Taylor and Brit Jeremy Potter; and her great grandchildren, Wil Hendrix, Alex Hendrix and Seth Clark.
