He is survived by: his mother Magalene McNeil; his children, Shane McNeil of Harold, Thomas McNeil of West Virginia, Veronica McNeil of Harold and Savannah McNeil; his siblings, Ronald McNeil of Virgie, Lori McNeil of Columbus, Carolyn McNeil of Columbus and Teresa McNeil of Florida; and his half-brother Mark McNeil of Columbus, Ohio. He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren.
