He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Newsome Fannin of Betsy Layne; his son-in-law Rick Meade of Harold; his grandchildren, April Meade Blackburn of Lexington and Matthew Meade of Pikeville; his brother Ben Fannin of Knoxville, Tennessee; his niece Bennie Lynn Hammond of Stanville; and his stepchildren, Terry McCutcheon of Harold, Steve McCutcheon of Betsy Layne, Tony McCutcheon of Betsy Layne, Kelli Kincaid of Frankfort and Many. He is also survived by Many Nieces & Nephews; 11 Grandchildren; 13 Great Grandchildren.
