He is survived by: his father Harold Hubert Mullins; his significant other Andrea Dawn Mullins; his daughters, Samantha Mullins, Kelsey Harris (Cory) and Sidney Mullins; his sisters, Debbie Davis, Joyce Stephens, Rita Balthis, Roxie Rose and Jackie Austin; his parents-in-law, Harold and Mary Bolling; his son Richard Andrew Mullins; and his sister-in-law Gipsy Bolling (Mike Harris). He is also survived by five nephews, three nieces, four great-nephews and two great-nieces along with a host of other relatives and friends.
