He was predeceased by: his parents, Craig Hamilton and Lilly Tackett Hamilton; his wife Ruby Jean Newsome Hamilton; his son Wade Hamilton; and his siblings, Donald Hamilton, Ken Hamilton, Jack Hamilton, Burnis Hamilton, Phyliss McDaniel, Lurlene Barnheart and Roxi Bentley.
He is survived by: his children, Wallace Hamilton (Suzy) of West Liberty, Kelly Hamilton (Malinda) of Dry Ridge, Kentucky, Rita Hamilton of Harold, Anita Tackett (Paul) of Teaberry and Freda Potter (Tony) of Harold, Kentucky; his sister Ollie Tackett of Harold, Kentucky; and his great grandchild Host of Family. He is also survived by 8 Grandchildren.
