He was predeceased by: his father Oscar Fields; and his brother Roger Fields (Garnett). He is survived by: his daughters, Courtney Kidd (Brad) and Felicia Fields of Harold, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Calip, Bretley, Payton and Abby; his siblings, James Fields (Nicki) and Teresa Rogers (Danny); his nieces and nephews, Candy (Jamie), Teffney (Keith), Rose, Jamie, Julia (Michael), Tana (Adam), Roger, Johnathan (Curtis) and Shaun; and his pet Petey.
