She is survived by: her sons, Chris Stewart (Tina) of Harold, KY, Jeff Adkins (Leatha) and Randal Adkins (Amanda); and her grandchildren, Belinda Leann, Stephanie, James, Devon, Ethan, Jacob, Meagan, Isabella, Hannah, Sam Jr., Noah and Emily. She is also survived by six great grandchildren.
