He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth M. Wallace; and his brother Lucas Clark. He is survived by: his mother Georgia Taylor Wallace; his children, Little Kenny Charles Wallace of Pikeville, Jordan Wallace of Paintsville, Ryan Wallace of Prestonsburg, Kentucky and Savannah Wallace of Banner, Kentucky; and his siblings, Phillip Wallace of Harold, Charles Clark of Lowmansville, Kentucky and Alta Clark of Banner.
