He is survived by: his wife Betty Goolsby Keathley; his children, Elvis Keathley of Harold, Ronnie Keathley (Doris) of Harold, Kim Keathley (Selina) of Harold, Kentucky, Malinda Keathley (Terry) of Harold and Thasha McKinney (Denzil) of Harold, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Nikki, Heather, Maranda, Brooke, Tamara, Dereck, Ronetta and Tanner; his great grandchildren, Kayleigh, Ariana, Andrew, Adrian, Preston, Lucas, Hunter and Easton; and his siblings, James Truman Keathley, Susie Poteet and Juanita Howell.
