Howell (Darlene) of Prestonsburg, Brian Howell (Jessica) of Harold, Gabriel Howell (Tiffany) of Harold, Kentucky, Angela Howell of Harold and Brittany Story of Galveston, Kentucky; her siblings, James Truman Keathley of Harold, James Howard of Harold and Susie Poteet of Harold, Kentucky; and her great grandchild Along. She is also survived by 12 Grandchildren.
