He is survived by: his mother Lucille Adkins Justice; his children, Dalton Jeffery Justice of Conway, Jennifer Lynn Robinson of Pikeville, Kentucky and Sabrina Adams of Pikeville, Kentucky; his brother Jeff Howell of Toler Creek; and his grandchildren, Corbin Robinson, Olivia Adams, Kaylyn Robinson and Allie Adams (Wavelyn Robinson).
