He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Tyrone and Avonelle Sparkman Murphy; and his siblings, Timmy Murphy and Carolyn Clay. He is survived by: his siblings, Kermit Murphy of Harold, Mitchell Murphy of Garrett, Kentucky and Melinda Hall of Ashland, Kentucky; and his half-siblings, Sherry Caudill and Terry Glen Caudill.
All visitation and funeral services will be private and for Immediate Family only in Compliance with the Governor's request for COVID-19 restrictions.
