She is survived by: her sons, Jason Craig Osborne of Harold, KY and Derek Ray Osborne of Betsy Layne, KY; her sisters, Dorothy Layne of Harold, KY, Glenda Tipton, Barb Roberts of Huntington, WV, Rebecca Brown of Pensacola, FL and Carol Fuhnmann of Opelika, AL; and her grandchildren, Dustin Jace Osborne, Alexandria Grace Osborne and Dereka Harley Marie Osborne.
