She is survived by: her children, Palmer Stevens of Harold, Joie Ray Stevens of Pikeville, James Charles Stevens of Harold, Phillip Ray Stevens of Harold, Mark Stevens of Harold, Todd Stevens of Pikeville, Christopher Scott Stevens of Nicholasville, Kentucky, Melinda Stevens Lee of Harold and Violet Tackett of Harold, Kentucky; and her sister Ocie Birchfield of Ohio. She is also survived by 20 Grandchildren, A Host of Great Grandchildren & 2 Great Great Grandchildren.
