He is survived by: his wife Ethel Sturgill Salisbury; his children, Charles Dewayne Salisbury (Melissa) of Harold, KY, Roger Dean Salisbury of Harold, KY, Joshua Blake Salisbury (Morgan) of Harold, KY and Amber Lynn Salisbury Case of Harold, KY; his grandchildren, Timothy Salisbury, Rhianna Salisbury, Brooklynn Burchett, Bryson Case, Carlee Case, Noah Salisbury, Eli Salisbury, Brooks Salisbury and Chanceton Lawson; his sisters, Elawese Pierce of Harold, KY, Vada Salisbury Hall of Harold, KY and Dinah Anderson (Gary) of Harold, KY; and his great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Kylie, Damien, Skyler and Aislynn. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
