He was predeceased by: his father William Crit Howell; and his brother John Howell. He is survived by: his siblings, Paul Howell of Harold, Kentucky, Bobby Howell of Harold, Kentucky and Gracie Rogers of Harold, Kentucky; and his nephews, Jeremy Howell and Friends.
