She was predeceased by: her sister Kitty Bertha Ward. She is survived by: her daughter Jacqueline Lambertson; her sister Cindy-Lee Ketcham; her brother-in-law James Bain; her niece Kimberly Adkins; and also Helen Bain. She is also survived by nieces & nephews, great nieces & nephews & great-great neices & nephews.
