He is survived by: his wife Linda Allen Chaffins; his son Adam Jarred Chaffins of Lexington, Kentucky; and his sisters, Cheryl Manns (Clovis) of Garrett, Kentucky and Tammy Scott (Reggie) of Garrett, Kentucky. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
