She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Paul R., Elaine W. Gearheart, Kenis and Martha Ann Clark. She is survived by: her parents, Paul D. "P. D." Gearheart and Linda Kay Clark Gearheart; her siblings, Adam Douglas Gearheart (Brandi) of Harold, KY, Heather M. Gearheart (Jody "Chotty" Thompson) and Crystal Frazier (Wes); and her nieces and nephews, Alexxa Gearheart, Alivia Gearheart, Clark Frazier, Eli Frazier and Lindy Gearheart. She is also survived by her parents, she is survived by three daughters.
