She was predeceased by: her parents, Peyton Compton and Jettie Carman Compton; her husband Joseph Mattingly; her son Christopher Phillips; and her siblings, Catherine Harper, Ressie Lemone, Ray Wanda Compton, James, Hollis, Johnny and Carol Compton.
She is survived by: her children, Neil Mattingly of Hardinsburg, KY, Kathy Brown of Harned, KY, Tammy Lucas (Bobby) of Irvington, KY and Jennifer Mattingly of Mississippi; her grandchildren, Bradley Mattingly, Melissa Nottingham, Kasey Brown, Matthew Nottingham, Cassie Brown, Joetta Dowell, Joe Phillips, Faith Lucas, Robert Lucas and Christian Creson; and her siblings, Harold Compton (Lily) of Georgia and Betty Dozier (James) of Mississippi. She is also survived by 26 great grandchildren.
