He is survived by: his wife Georgetta; his siblings, William Burkhart and Bonnie Alred; his children, John Burkhart (Connie), Debra Shell (Randy), Jo Ann Osborne (Harvey), Jessica Burkhart (Vivienne Robertson), Christopher (Melissa Gibson) and Matthew (Candy Cornett); and his great grandchildren, Michael (Amanda), Jack, Anna, Curtis, Vivica, Sierra, Justin, Amy, Courtney and Lucinda Beverly. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
