He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Rowe Cloud (Robert) of Mary Alice; his children, Kris Woodard of North Carolina, Austin Hill of Florida and Kadedra Vick of Sunshine; his siblings, Danny Woodard of Harlan, Chuck Woodard of Harlan, Debra Foley of Gulston, Jane Carmack of Barbourville, Renee Freeman (Brian) of Evarts and Heather Woodard of Barbourville; and his nieces and nephews, Brady, Jazmine, Mercedes (Jayden Woodard), Courtney (Tyler Cozart) and Kylee (Snapper). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
