He was predeceased by: his father Chester Perkins; and his mother-in-law Faye Hamlin. He is survived by: his stepgrandson Cameron Williams; his siblings, Mark Perkins of Speedwell, TN, Marie Grubbs of Harlan and Kim Long (Sonny) of London; his close friends, Aaron Stapleton and Billy Joe Hensley; and his siblings-in-law, Macy and Dorman Cooper.
