He is survived by: his daughter Laura Suzanne Howard Woo (David) of Richmond, KY; his sister Cecilia Lynne Osborne of Harlan; his nephews, Tyler Osborne, Alex Osborne and Derek Stephenson; his great-niece Briar Rose Osborne; his close friends, Roger Gibson and Donny Poindexter; and his cousin James Blaney.
