She is survived by: her children, Brittany Carmical (Shane Worthington), Justin Carmical and TJ Tackett; her grandchildren, Caden Mefford, Bryson Carmical, Shane Worthington Jr., Jaxson Carmical and Mason Tackett; her sisters, Denise Thomas and Judy Jones (Simon); and her close friends, Janet Wilson, Donna Neil and Tammy Johnson.
