She is survived by: her children, Greg Perkins of Tazewell, TN, Patricia Lay (Eddie) of Evarts, KY, Lura Adams of Evarts and Teresa Middleton (Rondall) of Evarts, KY; her grandchildren, Christy Middleton (Willie), Dustin Middleton, Robbie Middleton (Jessica), Justin Lay (Ann), Jeremy Helton, Ashley Perkins, Wanda Nicole Odell and Michael Perkins (Cara); and her great grandchildren, Kennadee, Kelsie, Kinley, Emma, Jackson, Jasper, Conner, Callie and Wyatt. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
