He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Napier and Judy Scott Napier. He is survived by: his wife Vernice Miller Napier; his siblings, Columbus Napier, Elmer Napier, Nora King, Opal Koch, Argielean Saylor and Warren Napier of Gulston; and his nieces and nephews, Delphine Deaton (Jim) of Morristown, TN, Kathy Miller of Jefferson City, TN, Wenomi Sears of Pittsboro, IN, Randall Napier (Cindy) of Cumberland Gap and Ronnie Napier (Sharon) of Tazewell, TN..
