He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Bennett and Evelyn Hembree Bennett; and his wife Billie Jean Harris Bennett. He is survived by: his children, Angela Taylor, Kimberly Johnson and Vernon Michael Bennett of Evarts, KY; his grandchildren, Montana Taylor of Richmond, Tiffany Taylor of Harlan, Corey Risner of Wallins, Tyler Risner of Teetersville and Laci Ann Risner of Loyall; and his great grandchildren, Maverick, Hazel, Jacelynn, Knoxx and Paxton. He is also survived by several siblings, a host of extended relatives and many dear friends.
