Fox; his brother Dale Fox (Sheila); his stepsiblings, Howard Ellison, Lee Ellison, Lance Ellison and Annette Morris (Jim); his aunts and uncles, William Lee Nolan (Regina), Dink Pollitte', Carol Cavins (Duke), Nancye Nolan and Diane Corriston; his great-uncles, Deshay Bowling and Ed Bowling (Martha Sue); his great-aunt Lois Jean Bradford (Jimmy); and his parents-in-law, Carlos, Shirley Fouts Cousins, Dr. Garvin Nickell, Beth Warner, Marvelle Ilko (Greg), Adam Cavins (Leslie), David Nolan (Nicole), Andy Cavins (Xin), Abby Johnson (Graham), Danny Ray Bowling (Stacey) and David Bowling (Rena).
