He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Otis, Ruby Huff, Nick and Sylvia Garrett. He is survived by: his mother Donna Garrett of Ages; his sister Patty Caldwell; and his former wife Charlene Kelly. He is also survived by several uncles and aunts and other relatives.
