He is survived by: his wife Debbie Boggs Noe; his children, Timbo Noe (Georgeann) and Misty Hill (Jason); his grandchildren, Elli Noe, Savannah and Luke Hill; and his sister Cathy Nantz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
