He is survived by: his daughters, Johna Raye Ottersbach (Mark) and Lisa Carol Combs (Kent); his grandchildren, Alex Combs (Christina Partin) and Ashley Ottersbach; his great grandchildren, Kamden Vaughn Ottersbach and Alyssa Brooke Combs; his mother Mary Catherine Mills; his siblings, Edith Pena, James Edward Thomas, Ira Thomas (Marie), Ronnie Thomas (Joyce), Mary Guilfoyle, Shirley Allen, Kathy Reynolds (Don), Gerald Thomas (Sandy), Joyce Thomas, Connie Thomas and Rachel Thomas; and his significant other Loretta Howard. He is also survived by five brothers, and one sister.
