He is survived by: his mother Diana Jacobs; and his siblings, Lyle Jacobs of Lexington, Dana Young (George) of Harlan, Duncan Jacobs of Georgetown, Paula Patton (Bennie) of Harlan, Donna Mason (Aaron) of Georgia, Ray Renfro of Lexington, Billy Ray Fluker (Alberta) of Wetumpka, Phyllis Johnson (Thomas) of Lexington, Sam Fluker (Doris) of Harlan, Louis McKee of Harlan, Tracey Fluker of Lexington and Winfred Fluker (Queenie) of Cleveland. He is also survived by many other family members and dear friends.
Due to the mandates by the Governor of Kentucky, all attendees are required to wear a face covering and practice social distancing.
