She was predeceased by: her father Jerry Young; her husband Phillip Sheppard; and her son Phillip Sheppard Jr.. She is survived by: her children, Chris Sheppard (Kayla), Jason Young, Hannah Thomas (Tyler), Britney Sheppard Rowe (Joshua) and Amanda Crabtree (Adam); her siblings, Roger Welch, Ronda Mitchell and Melissa Williams; and her grandchildren, Annabel Sheppard, Athena Sheppard and Danny Rowe. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Mount Pleasant Funeral Home (122 N Cumberland Ave, Harlan, KY 40831). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at the Resthaven Cemetery.
